香港CV嘅「成就」應該點量化？有咩例子？

香港CV嘅成就一定要量化，用數字、百分比、金額或時間嚟證明你嘅貢獻。例如，唔好寫「Responsible for sales」，要寫「Increased sales by 25% within 6 months」。其他例子：「Managed a budget of HK$2M」、「Reduced operational costs by 15%」、「Led a team of 12 people」、「Achieved 98% customer satisfaction rate」。如果冇具體數字，可以用「First in team to...」或「Recognized as Employee of the Month」。量化成就唔單止令CV更專業，仲可以喺面試時提供話題。
