香港CV嘅自我評價（Self-assessment）要避免「勤奮好學」、「團隊精神」呢啲空泛形容詞，因為人人都咁寫。你應該用具體例子，例如「A proactive problem-solver who streamlined workflow, reducing processing time by 20%」。或者「A bilingual communicator with 3 years of client-facing experience in the banking sector」。自我評價要針對申請職位，例如申請會計就寫「Detail-oriented with strong knowledge of HKFRS」。最後，用第一人稱或第三人稱都得，但要一致。
